Positive: Location was convenient for our needs.

Negative: They did not have a refrigerator in the room nor any ice dispenser throughout the floors. Staff needed to be reached out to in order to get ice. Bed had thin layer as top cover and not comfy. Had to ask twice for a blanket.

Negative: Hot water took over 5 minutes to reach room. Hotel should install hot water circulator. Sometimes even with hot water in shower water temperature would revert to ice cold.
