Positive: The apartment was great, but what was even better was the clear and easy (and stress-free) communication with the host! I stayed 2 nights and had absolutely no problems at all. There was a ton of late night construction outside the apartment one night, but the apartment was completely soundproof and allowed me to sleep very restfully and without any interruptions. Great apartment! Everything worked great!

Positive: I spent a lovely time there, the place was super comfy and the location was perfect, close from every transportation you could think of. The hosts showed themselves available if I ever needed anything. I’ll definitely come back to New York and stay there again ! Thanks a lot.

Positive: Location is super convenient and surprisingly quiet. Interesting neighborhood with a lot to explore. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped with everything. My favorite part is the bathroom, it’s spacious, clean and a great place to relax after a long day of walking around in the city. Timely communication and everything went smoothly, would recommend it to others and would love to cone stay again.

Positive: The apartment was clean, nice, and furnished well.
Negative: The basic price looked cheap (~70 USD a night), but it jumped to ~250 USD due to the high cleaning fee, which was significantly higher than the base price! Further, the check-in time was 5 p.m which is too late. I asked when booking for an earlier check-in time and there was no sign of refusal, and then was surprised by the late check-in time.
Summary: Nice place but overpriced and inconvenient check-in time.
