This fully furnished home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit that can sleep 6 comfortably. Close to Hyde Park square and Oakley square, you will have endless opportunities to explore the shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries in the area on your time off. It also provides a quick drive to the hospital district, the Cincinnati Zoo, Xavier, UC, and downtown Cincinnati. Hyde Park is very walkable. This unit is one block from the bike/walking trail Wasson Way which will take you to Ault Park in one direction and Xavier in the other direction.
This apartment is on the first floor of a duplex and has a private entrance from the front and rear. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a queen bed in the second bedroom. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This is the perfect place to stay for a single person, couple, or small family. The house is located on a quiet gaslit street that is very family friendly and located across the street from a city park. Off street parking is readily available. Coinless laundry is available. A fully stocked kitchen with all the needed utensils and cookware will provide all you need to cook your daily meals.

Summary: The owner, Todd, contacted us with keyless entry details prior to our arrival. His home was very clean and truly felt like home when we walked in. We absolutely loved the aesthetics! There were plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and bakeware for us to prepare our meals for the six nights that we were there. The property is located on the first floor of a two family unit. The location was perfectly close to many of the locations we visited while we were in town, including Union Terminal, Cincinnati Children’s Museum, and Fords Garage (excellent food). We would highly recommend staying here, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cincinnati.

Summary: We stayed at the property for parents weekend at Xavier University. It was close to Xavier. It is an older house. It was an ok stay. The beds were super hard. Your feet were dirty after walking in them barefoot and it could have been cleaner. There was no real coffee so we had to go out and buy our own. For what we needed, it was ok.

Summary: Our family of 3 adults stayed here for weekend to visit family. Easy walk to Hyde Park Square and Rookwood Commons mall (coffee shops, restaurants, etc). Street is quiet yet super convenient to I-71/downtown and apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again on next Cincy visit.

Summary: Stayed with my mother and sister for a girls getaway. It was nice and quiet, in a nice area. Had fun playing games with the family. The shower was too difficult for my mom to use, as she doesn’t get around like she used to. She couldn’t climb over the tub sides and the floor wasn’t flat, so when wet, she had the risk of falling. It was fine for my sister and I. The kitchen floor, I know might actually be original, which is very cool, but it was a bit sticky.
