Positive: I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the amenities that made a quick stay quite enjoyable! Instructions were clear, and the host was highly communicative. The location was very close to millennial mile and many places to eat, shop and enjoy Chicago!
Negative: I had two suitcases so the bumpy walkways and the stairs were challenging to navigate. There were also some internet connectivity issues early in the morning. Otherwise, I enjoyed my brief stay at this location!
Summary: Perfect for solo travel!

Positive: The location was close to a few restaurants, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the room and neighborhood were quiet, and the whole house was very clean and put together. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Positive: Convenient access to busses and rail system, very clean and organized space, free wifi, friendly and communicative host, every room has their own electronic lock, affordable. The room had a fan you could plug in (perfect for folks who like white noise or need additional airflow), a softer light was available on the nightstand for folks who don't like the overhead light, and a desk with a chair was also included. I understand people's concerns over location but I didn't find it to be too bad in reality.
Negative: Bed was rock solid, walls are thin (but mostly ignorable with headphones/earbuds), chairs in kitchen feel like you could break them easily, would've liked option for darker curtains, bathrooms should be painted with a higher gloss paint to help prevent mold and mildew.
Summary: Had a pleasant stay in Chicago, would stay here again

Positive: It's a nice little townhouse, located about mid-block, so it's very quiet. Convenient to several bus lines; within a mile of the Green Line El (and not much further to the Red Line). The house has three rooms and two bathrooms, with shared kitchen facilities. Light, clean, airy inside. Both TJ's and Whole Foods are a quick bus ride. And there's a produce market with great organic/grocery options within a (relatively) short walk. Also easy walking access to the Lakeshore Trail via the 47th St footbridge.
Negative: I was very pleased staying there. It is an exceptional value in an otherwise expensive city.
Summary: A perfect place to spend a long weekend in Chicago.
