Positive: Laurence the host was always available via email. Bed super comfy. Well appointed. Well stocked with things you need.
Negative: If you’re an American be prepared for a chilly room. Picking up key to apartment involved many steps that were confusing to an American who does not speak too many words in French. As a non European who doesn’t command of the language, prepare to be confounded by the process for finding and accessing your accommodation and utilizing parking. Using the parking system was a nightmare! It took me an hour ……asking friendly people for Help, locating key box, finding correct garage, way to get in and difficulty finding correct parking space. At one point I got locked into garage! I do not understand why there were so many steps! Yes Laurence there were a few “small frustrations” along the way!
Summary: This was a worthwhile acccomadation but bewildering at times.

Positive: The location was excellent in the Toulouse center. An easy 15min bus ride from the train station. A very walkable city with a free central city bus if your feet get tired. The apartement had everything you could need, including a lift and a washing machine.
