Positive: Inside the jungle, 3 minutes from an amazing beach. The room was big, comfortable and lovely. Really good common space outside with hammocks. Fully stock kitchen. Multiple bathrooms and accessible laundry. Thank you so much Lukai for your generosity and welcoming

Positive: The property was big enough for everyone to have privacy but with nice common spaces for getting to know the people staying. It’s a 3 min walk to a beautiful quiet beach and a short bike ride from a delicious Thai restaurant and my favourite noodle soup place!

Negative: The road to get there is challenging on the bike but 100% worth the effort

Summary: Planned to stay 1 week and stayed almost 2 months. This is the perfect place to wind down and relax

Positive: Everything! It’s like a community home where you can run into very interesting, kind and like-minded people. You are always surrounded by adorable cats as well and being situated in the middle of the jungle, very close to one of the island’s most beautiful beaches (less than 5 minutes by foot) was an incredible plus. Lukai is an incredible host that makes sure you have everything you need and feel comfortable.

Positive: The best part about the property was Lukai himself. He is RE ally genuine and you can tell he loves getting to know everyone who stays here. He organizes social beach get together every night and then dinner afterwards. One thing I would say not about the property but about the island: it is very difficult to enjoy it without access to a scooter, which Lukai helps you with renting for a steal. And if you can’t or won’t drive a scooter, you can always message any of the people staying at the house (there is a house group chat Lukai adds you on) This island, this property, the community fostered here is very special. I hope to come back soon!

Truly community living ! I highly recommend to everyone ! Also great for solo travelers who are looking for connection. Nothing bad to say we had literally the best time ever ! Positive: The location and the place is really awesome. Excellent wifi. Its off the main road and you have to take a motorcyle down a dirt road but that is fine, it puts you close to some awesome beaches. The beach is only 10 min walk from the place and the walk is pleasant. There facilities are really nice, the kitchen, and the host Lukas always has great info and advice. You can borrow masks, and snorkels and excercise equipment so its more like staying at friends house than a hotel or even hostel. Highly recommended! The place is the best kept secret in the area!

Positive: My stay with Lukai was fantastic. He is a kind and very helpful host, and the value for money is unbeatable. I’ve rarely slept so comfortably — the rooms have memory foam mattresses and pillows. Three beautiful beaches are within walking distance, and the three adorable cats are the cherry on top. The house reminded me a bit of Pippi Longstocking’s “Villa Villekulla.” I would definitely come back!

Positive: My stay at HyperLu was one of my favourites so far!The host makes sure to connect the guests by e.g. organizing trips and evenings (game night, BBQ, sunset etc.). If you prefer me-time also no problem. The beds are really comfortable and the location was perfect for me.

Negative: The bathrooms are very basic and not really clean.

Summary: Unbelievably amazing! I will definitely come back!

Positive: I recommend this accommodation. Very nice and quiet place in the middle of beautiful nature, yet very close to great beaches. Very friendly and helpful owner. Truly a unique experience. I only planned one night, but I stayed longer 👍

Negative: Just a little further from the main road, but everything is ok with a scooter.

Positive: For me I had a great time here. It reminded me of my student house, location is remote driving there through a sandy road. Once there you are close to a beautiful beach. I had a perfect clean room to do my remote work in. Nice desk, new AC and good double bed. The place is social with many people in the house which is nice if you are looking for this. For privacy and work my room was perfect with good wifi.

Negative: The road towards the house is a bit bumpy and dark at night. You need a motorbike. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms can be more cleaned up.

Summary: Amazing. The host is very friendly and brings the whole house together with BBQs, cardgames, swimming and watching sunse
