Positive: This hotel far exceeded expectations. It's very well situated for Paris generally, and especially for Versailles. The room layout consisted of a double room with a separate bunk room for the kids and joint shared bathroom. High quality bath products were provided. There IS construction going around the hotel but this was a stop over to see Versailles and great value (we paid £120 for a family of four) which for that area of Paris is excellent. Parking is on the road and because of that, free - and no problems with roof boxes and bike racks on the back (which is a problem with hotels closer to town). There is a tram stop LITERALLY outside the hotel making travel into Paris easy although we didn't need it. We usually don't eat in hotels but arrived after a 10 hour drive from the South of France so were very grateful for the Pizza and Steak options (reasonable price and better quality than expected) in the restaurant. The shared reception space with football table and chill out sofas for reading were an added bonus.
Negative: No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Positive: The hotel is in a good position for visiting Versailles... about a 17 euro Uber for 4 of us, got us there in 5 minutes. We had rooms in the main building rather than one of their wooden chalets. The place was clean
Negative: No tea/coffee in room, no water in room, no refrigerator, no safe. No cold water.... the hotel plumbing arrangements meant that the cold tap was almost as hot as the hot tap, in the morning. Therefore nothing to drink, unable to brush teeth until later on when everyone had run-off the residual heat in the system. Even late in the day, it never became cold, just warm. Our travelling companions all had the same experience, so it wasn't just our room. When I reported it, the reception appeared surprised, but this cannot be a new thing. Expensive food/drink - not fancy, or good, just expensive. Beer not cold, yet it was the most expensive we had found in France. Once bitten, twice shy.... we found local food/drink about 15 minutes walk away, and a spar shop for breakfast

Positive: The hotel is new, there is a free parking near hotel. It was very clean in the house. The location is near the park area, it's very silent there and also no facilities near by. There is a tram station near the hotel, but it works until 8 or 9 pm I suppose and if you are arriving late to hotel, then you will need to walk around 1,5 km from train station. Versailles palace is around 4 km away from the hotel
Negative: 1)I have booked house with terrace for 3 people, but when we arrived around 12 pm, we have received the house with just one bed in it. We had to wait for another house for around 1 hour or so. I think for this money it's unacceptable to give people not what was requested. We were 2 adults with small child and in the booking confirmation it was indicated as double bed and sofa in the room. 2) Breakfast was prepaid, as a result you receive croissant, tea or coffee, juice, spoon of jam and spoon of butter. That's it for 18 euro per person. If you want to have eggs you need to pay 12 euro more. I have traveled a lot and this is my first experience like this
