Positive: The beds were comfortable, we loved the spa area and sauna especially after a day on the slopes. The location is very convenient a 5 minute walk from the main ski lifts. The decoration is lovely.
Negative: The rooms were so dark, which was frustrating as I was planning to do some work there, but in the evenings it's impossible to see. There needs to be a vending machine in the lobby, as it's not possible to get any drinks between 10am and 6pm.
Summary: Nicely designed hotel with comfortable beds and a nice spa area. Great location

Positive: Super location, very clean and modern inside, comfortable beds, and a lovely spa area. Reception staff and room service staff were lovely and helpful.
Negative: Services such as drinks are only available in the morning and evening, there should be at minimum some water available in the reception area for during the day, or a drinks vending machine.
Summary: Great stay, close to ski slopes, with a nice spa for the end of the day.

Positive: Very modern, clean, warm and comfortable. Good quality breakfast, lovely steam room and sauna. Staff were very friendly. Great location
Negative: Hot tub was luke-warm, and quite small- and there was often lots of children in it using it more like a pool… which was a little disappointing.

Positive: Location was amazing. Only 0.2miles to the gondola.
Negative: We have had our rental van scratched whilst parked in the hotels parking lot. When we kindly asked any cctv footage , they said they dont have any cameras around the hotel. Thankfully we had full insurance so it won’t affect our trip but i would suggest that it would be helpful for the customers if there were cameras for carpark.
