Positive: 1 min walk to a beautiful beach. This family run establishment is very warm and inviting. The pool catches the afternoon sun beautifully and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Breakfast was warm and friendly, coffee excellent, and a good assortment of sweet and savory items. The outdoor shower and laundry facilities were excellent.
Negative: Only downside was no ketttle or tea making facilities in the room, this would have made the stay even more perfect.
Summary: Perfect quiet location for beach lovers, but you will need a car

Positive: We booked the room very last minute and the staff was very responsive and kind. The room had everything we wanted and the breakfast had lots of choice.
Negative: We would have loved to have a walking access to Marzamemi other than on the dark beach or by car.

Positive: Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach with a lido. The host communicated well and it was easy to check in. Lovely room with comfy beds. The pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast spread was amazing. We loved our stay and wish we were there for longer.

Positive: Wonderful garden, pristine rooms, and very kind cleaning staff. The pool is refreshing and the complex is really well taken care of. I think this is must be a great place for longer stays than just one night.
Negative: - Bed and breakfast with no breakfast :( we were quite surprised. Note there’s not a single place to make yourself coffee or a sandwich, so you’ll have to drive to Marzamemi for that purpose if the kitchen is closed. This should be notified on the booking site. - Check in/out was quite inflexible; meaning you can only enter after 3pm and you need to leave at 10am the next day. This means if you stay only one night you’ll barely have time to enjoy the pool. We asked if we could leave our luggage during the time it would take us to go to Marzamemi and back (to get the breakfast we didn’t have there) but they said no. - The owner was quite pushy with check in times, calling us 6 times to know what exact time we’d get there because he wasn’t always around the property. This was a bit stressful –if you’re more like a spontaneous traveller, perhaps this place isn’t for you. - The premises were amazing but I wouldn’t repeat based on all this.

Positive: We went with family (two seniors) and booked 3 rooms. Everyone was happy with their rooms and the facilities. Breakfast was great and delicious. The best part is that it is within walking distance from the beach. The photos look good ... but it is even better in person. We loved it and look forward to going back.
