Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Cleanliness and location were the top reasons why we would choose this property again. The house was very well stocked and provided a large space for our family to spread out. Anita was very responsive to our questions and made it a seamless visit.

Summary: House had nice spaces for visiting and hanging out. 6 adults enjoyed and had plenty of room for privacy as well. Usable kitchen with plenty of cabinet and refrigerater space plus a nice bar/counter nearby for either food prep or keeping the group together while some cooked. Both a wood and gas firepit added warmth as we enjoyed lovely evenings outdoors.

Summary: Beautiful property centrally located in the Black Hills. Super clean , big deck, comfortable beds. Hosts super nice and helpful. Appreciated the welcome basket of snacks upon arrival and suggestions of restaurants in the area. So peaceful and such a pretty property to take walks.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. Convenient to the Black Hills and Rapid City. We loved the gas firepit on the deck. Saw deer and wild turkeys in the yard. All of us had a wonderful time calling this home for a week.

Summary: We've stayed in the Black Hills probably 50+ times and this was the best property we've stayed in! It was clean and spacious and just a real joy to stay in. We went away saying this was the first time we've stayed somewhere that we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Lots of towels/washcloths, games, wifi, nice size kitchen that was well stocked. Very much looking forward to staying there in the future!

Summary: Our stay was great! The house was well stocked with everyday things needed for cooking. Having access to the garage and the outbuilding saved us big time because of hail storms. We would have had severe damage to 4 motorcycles and 3 vehicles if we had not been able to put them under cover. The property is a way out there, but it was so nice to have a peaceful environment and watch the wildlife, have a fire and grill. Our stay was well worth the money! Host and property are first class. Can't thank them enough.
