About the property:
The home is located in the southeast part of Rapid City and provides easy access to restaurants, bars, and other downtown activities. It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer.

What some guests don't love about our listing:
➥There is an attached mother-in-law suite with a long term tenant so outdoor areas are shared but no other areas of the home are shared.
➥No central air conditioning. Three window A/C units are provided during the summer and they keep the house nice and cool.
➥The home is located near a relatively busy street. During high traffic times there is some traffic noise but it is quiet at night.
Our home sleeps six guests with two queen beds and one double/full sized futon.
➥All beds complete with fresh sheets and comforters changed between each guest
Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances.
Other details to note:
-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.
-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.
- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.
- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- No pets allowed in the home.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 6 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Summary: I recently had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had on VRBO! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home.The space was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious. The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable bedding to the well-equipped kitchen.The host was incredibly accommodating and attentive. They provided detailed instructions for everything and were quick to respond to any questions I had throughout my stay. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Overall, my long-term stay exceeded all expectations. I can't recommend this property highly enough for anyone looking for a home away from home. I left feeling refreshed and grateful, and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Summary: I brought my partner to see some of the places that meant a lot to me growing up in the Black Hills & to visit my brother's family. This rental was in a really convenient part of town, close to my family & close to some of the places I wanted to share with my partner.. The heater about the bed was especially appreciated in the dropping temperatures.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was as described and had everything we needed (including an air fryer which is great for fast meals). It was located just a short drive to the Main Street area to walk around in and shop, and easy to get onto the different highways to get to all the great things to do and see in the beautiful Black Hills area.

Summary: The house was close to everything we wanted to see. We checked out Mount Rushmore and Dinosaur Park while we were in Rapid City. We also took a day trip out to Devil's Tower. The size of the place was good for our family. The kitchen was nicely stocked for our needs for cooking and eating in to save a little money rather than constantly going out.
