Positive: Title: Perfectly Average - Not The "5 stars" Quality You'd Expect Rating: 6 / 10 (Pleasant) We've just returned from a 10 days at the Iberostar Selection Playa de Palma and left feeling a little disappointed, primarily because our expectations were not met for the price point. Let's be clear: this is not a bad hotel. The facilities are clean, the pools are nice, and the location by the beach is excellent. The staff we interacted with were generally pleasant and did their jobs fine. However, the overall experience feels very average and is certainly overrated for what is marketed as a "5 stars" property. For the significant amount of money we paid, we expected a more premium and distinguished experience. Instead, it felt very much like a standard three-star all-inclusive, just with slightly nicer wallpaper.
Negative: The food was plentiful but repetitive and lacked the quality and variety we've had at other hotels in a similar category. room cleaning stops at 3:30pm

Positive: The pool is very clean and safe and the staff is super friendly. Location is excellent and food options are great at breakfast.
Negative: Quite expensive parking (25€/day) with limited availability. The same food options at the pool bar were totally different from one day to another.
