Summary: Quick and clear communication with the owner, very pleasant. Villa well equiped, clean and at central place few minutes walk from beach, restaurant and shopping. Good oppertunity to cycle on beautiful beach road. We had very pleasant week with 7 people

Summary: Lovely quiet area, villa was well equipped, shops and beach within walking distance , lots of lovely restaurants with great food , would have loved the pool to have been heated so didnt get alot of use other than dangling feet

Summary: The house was fantastic and lived up to the pictures. Perfect if you are a bigger group. The house was clean and had everything you could wish for! Will absolutely come back!

Summary: really excellent, only three minor problems, no English television (no BBC world News probably a good thing) and the shower downstairs tends to flood the floor, had a problem trying to open and lock front door, but just used the back door. Cannot wait to return, the location and pool are fantastic. thanks again

Summary: We had a great week's holiday in this house. It is modern, clean and very spacious. My kids loved the swimming pool which was a good size. The owner was very responsive and it was easy to collect the keys. Location is great- 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Also short drive to Palma and Aqualand (great for kids). I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: A really nice house! We enjoyed it a lot. The neighbourhood was perfect with the beach, restaurants and grocery store just a block away. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: We are 2 families with 4 kids (3 and 4 years old) and the villa was perfect. The beach near the villa is very nice and there are a lot of bar, restaurants and two supermarkets. We liked this house because it's perfect for everyone, the owner is very nice

Summary: Beautiful villa, immaculate interior & very modern & comfortable. Owner who lives next door was very helpful & friendly re ordering taxis/info etc. Fabulous air con in basement however not very good elsewhere in villa, although landlord was going to get this fixed. Overall fabulous place & would definitely recommend
