Positive: The location of the hotel was amazing. You get to the Grand Palace within minutes. There are lots of cafes, shops, restaurants around. The trams/train were closeby too.

Negative: The room was not up to standard. The housekeeping wasn't done properly - i.e. pillowcases not changed when it was messy. The pillows were not comfortable at all - were too soft and we were not provided extra pillows. The toilet amenities were poor for the price we paid - only 1 multipurpose shower gel, with no other amenities provided other than a hairdryer. The coffee and tea selection was poor, also cups were not cleaned when housekeeping tended to the room.

Summary: Great location, if you don't mind the absolute bare minimum for the price you pay.
