Positive: Great breakfast, friendly staff, very organised.

Negative: Our room was on the 11th floor facing the road. We expected it to be quiet being so far up, but even with the window closed, road noise until late. Perhaps the other side of the building would be better.

Positive: The breakfast was good. They accept dogs.

Negative: The rooms were not ready by check in time at 14:00 and when we got to the rooms around 15-15:30, there was still pee on the toilet bowl, we had to call to have the cleaning lady come back again to clean it. The hallways were also dirty. We used this hotel as a 'pit stop' between Cappadoccia and Fethiye, it was okay for a quick stop but wouldnt have spent more than 1 night there.

Positive: The hotel staff, specially the receptionists were very nice and so so helpful, room were clean, the bathroom was great, but there was no shampoo. They had wonderful breakfasts and varied and delicious food. On the last day, while we missed breakfast, they prepared breakfast for us at 12 o'clock. They brought us a large plate of various food with warm omelettes and were smiling and well behaved the whole time.

Negative: The perfume they use in hotel rooms. The smell was very strong to me.
