Summary: Good hotel and staff, they even served breakfast until 10 AM during Ramadan, which I thought was great considering I am not a follower of Islam. I will stay here again if need be.

Summary: 1- Online checing was useless as i had to do the entire process at the desk again. 2-The checking staff failed to find my reservation. 3- The Room allocation was terrible with an intial room that smelt of cigarette. 4- a request for a iron and an iron board that was not fulfilled. I had to follow up 3 times. In total it took almost 60mn to get an iron.
