Positive: The staff were all very friendly. However, upon arriving quite late, we were told there was no option for food in the hotel. I think it was a miscommunication, they seem to have facilities for pizza etc at all hours. Breakfast was OK, not going to be something you go back for, but good enough to set up for the day. Short distance from Gare du Nord and a couple of Metro stations.
Negative: The room was very basic, no iron, no safe, a single and small, open closet area. It was probably all there in the booking information but, it was a bit more basic than we'd expected. You pay to store luggage in lockers, again, not the end of the world, but we had to rely on our son who was the only one with physical cash.
Summary: Clean and comfortable. The odd rumble of trains. Utilitarian place to stay.

Positive: The location, the staff was super kind, especially Joan going the extra mile to help :)
Negative: Small room size, couldn't hardly open our big suitcase. The dryer fell apart but Joan the receptionist helped us as it was new years eve and maintaince staff were not there

Positive: Location amazing & also the people are very helpful. Only the bed was not stable at room 508 and heater was not there, it was so cold at night but when we asked for it the customer service girl brought it in 5 mins. All was okay & good value for money.
Negative: Bed very small and not stable. In Dec. there was bo heater in the room and also only 1 blanket.
