Positive: Always love staying in Ibis, the pool area is great and staff are friendly.
Negative: Not much choice on breakfast, need more preparation as they run out of eggs and coffee. It’s more to do with training and management improvements.

Positive: Staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was great. At breakfast, one staff member came to our table and asked if there was anything else that could be done to improve the breakfast, hotel or our stay. A nice unexpected touch.
Negative: The beer in the bar was really overpriced. In the room, there was one bathroom light that was out and should have been replaced. Even with that, lighting in the bathroom was poor.
