Positive: Fantastic staff....all of them. Location great. Fair value. Good pre-booked parking facility. Great 11am checkout.
Negative: Food left out in passageways for almost 24hrs. Staff did a great job at breakfast time but appeared overly stretched/understaffed and on the first morning in particular appeared only 1 member seating/clearing the entire floor and run off her feet. The kettle in the room couldn't be used because it had black mould in it. A first for me. TV almost unwatchable die to freezing/skipping/buffering, luckily found a pub to watch the rugby otherwise an SOS call would have gone out to the staff and I'm not sure a solution could have been found at short notice.

Positive: Excellent location near the waterfront and within walking distance of every point of interest for me. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the staff very welcoming. I initially had difficulty with the room key card, but reception responded immediately to sort things out. The room was in great condition.
Negative: For me, the room was a bit warm and air conditioning seemed of limited help. In the end, it wasn’t a problem.

Positive: Great location, very central as is just off Lambton Quay. Comfortable bed, good bathroom lighting around the mirror, and great shower.
Negative: No clock in the room, the view was the back of other buildings so was hard to get a take on the weather by looking out the window.

Positive: We loved the breakfast buffet foods. We also loved that they provided pillow choices and how comfy the pillows and the beds were. The cleaners were great at tidying up the room when requested. The small fridge was handy. We liked how there were free teas and hot chocolates provided. There was also a kettle provided. There was also an iron and an iron board - useful for work trips. We enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood and we walked everywhere to nearby great restaurants! Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great.
Negative: There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom (or there was, but it was not working). It would have been great to have a separate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of a 3-in-1 wash.
