Positive: Wonderful hotel with great consideration for families. Atmosphere was lovely, pools were brilliant. Kids loved the water slides and spent all day there. The cafe located for lagoon villas was a great touch. Lovely entertainment for our three kids.
Negative: No iron in the room! Meant having to pay for laundry/dry cleaning service.

Negative: No noise cancelation in the room. The blanket size for single and small. The sound of music too high and works until late of night. Behavior of some staff at the reception and facilities. Value for money (At least provide airport shuttle service for free or at a nominal price).

Positive: This is our second time here and it did not disappoint. The resort is amazing. The food is great and there is a lot of variety. There is a lot for the kids to do.
Negative: This year we felt that the room service was not as good as last year. When we needed something we had to ask several times before it was fixed.

Positive: The hotel was a true enjoyment, with exceptional food, a great atmosphere and mostly helpful staff. Our room was very clean and quite big, with various room amenities and a free minibar. It was so relieving being able to just walk into the restaurant, bar or clubhouse order some food or a drink and just get it for free. As promised this was really a super duper all inclusive hotel at a good price. I would still offer a little critic. The slides were not running even when we were told, when we just arrived at the hotel, that they would be open. Although most of the staff was kind and helpful, the guy at the icebox shrugged unknowingly when my son pointed at the ice cream he wanted and when my son deliberately hat to point at it in the box, the guy just threw it out the little window. Then there was the cleaning staff, which had their little room full of equipment right next to my wife's room. In the afternoon, while she was taking a nap, the cleaning ladies just blabbered around not even caring about my wife and my son trying to sleep. These issues should be addressed with both the cleaning crew and if found the guy in the ice cream box. Still a wonderful hotel and stay!!
