Summary: Front desk immediate ominous mention that I booked 3rd party at check-in. Front desk said would send up items, did not and then phone dead in the evening. unable to get simple item as blankets so the kids were cold all night. At checkout, folio couldn't print at check out and now seeing that I am OVERBILLED. 3 times reached out to correct and have had to get my credit card company involved. have been here before but this visit disappointing.

Summary: They had complementary Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Unfortunately, no one told us about it! The hotel itself is very expensive to an extreme. Off-season a beach front room was priced at over $800 a night. We also never received the complementary bottle of wine from Expedia.

Summary: Amazing stay. We went in the “off season” and got upgraded to a slightly larger room. The proximity to the beach was great, especially because we were traveling with our children. Great heated pool with a sun shelf.
