Spectacular Family Home! Gorgeous Resort style heated pool with 10 + person spa!! This beautiful 5 Star rated custom 3 story home located in a prime location on Avalon, just steps away from the award winning and most sought after 39th street beaches, the best on the island and in New Jersey. Short walk to center of town. Our Home offers 6 decks and wonderful ocean views from our 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Enjoy beautiful Sunrises. Open and Airy floor plan, very spacious and perfect for your family vacation. The backyard fully fenced and has a full deck. The master bedroom suite is on the third floor and has a private deck with ocean views. The master bath is marble and has a whirlpool tub.
All 4 bedrooms are large and comfortable. There is a large family room on the 1st floor with a wet bar. Also on the 1st floor is a large private bedroom and a full bath. The 2nd floor offers a large living room, the kitchen and dining area make for a great gathering area. Also on the second floor are two bedrooms, full bath and a powder room.
We have all the amenities and the comforts of home for your enjoyment. Wireless internet and cable TV throughout the house, TV's in each bedroom, 2 Living Rooms.
The brand new playground is located just at the other end of the block and has great tennis courts, basketball courts, swings and a playground for the kids. These are just a few of the great features of our home
Beach is steps away: One of the best and most sought after beaches in Avalon is located at 39th Street. Enjoy the short walk to the beach(4 houses from beach dune). Great shopping, restaurants, nightlife, great family enjoyment..

Summary: We had the best time staying at this home! The house was clean, and the set up was exactly what we needed with our three kids. The pool and hot tub were the perfect alternative to the beach, which was such a quick easy walk away. The location is ideal - just a short 10 minute walk to all the fun dining spots, mini golf, ice cream, and shops. Andrea was very communicative before and during our stay, and provided much helpful guidance and a sweet welcome bag. We plan to book again! Thank you, Andrea!

Summary: Before we get to speaking about the house itself, we need to rave about our host. We primarily dealt with Andrea. Without exaggeration, she is the best communicator and most accommodating host we’ve dealt with when renting a property. And very friendly on top of it all! Vacationing with (4) 3 year olds is stressful and she made it easier! And as for the house itself - it is exactly as advertised and in a perfect location. Our 3 families split perfectly across the 3 floors of the home. We enjoyed the ocean views from the top balcony, family time in the main living space and gathered around the kitchen while preparing meals. We played games on the back deck at night. And swam in the perfect water temperature pool for a late season vacation. We were so comfortable that it was clear to see that we were staying in a family’s well cared for home and not a cold rental property. They kicked things off for us with an amazing welcome basket and wrapped things up by giving us a late checkout that we didn’t ask for, just so we could enjoy our last day. 5 stars across the board. We made great memories and are hoping to make it annual trip. Thanks Andrea and Chris!
