Summary: This was our second time staying at an Icona resort, first time at the Diamond Beach location. The resort was clean and felt very safe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our air conditioner wasn’t working well, so they moved our bags to another room for us immediately. We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: A large post wedding party was in a tent on the property. Very loud into late night. Should not assign rooms on that side of hotel during these events as the noise was funneled between buildings. Also, advertised , poolside bar was not as depicted. A positive is the weekend shuttle. Tim was great! Clean hotel but would not book it again.

Summary: Great beach view. Very clean. Would stay here again especially due to the staff throughout the hotel. From front desk to Oscar bringing us a fan, to bartenders and wait staff all seem happy to be here, love that!
