Positive: Lovely place to stay, even better than in the photos! It was very clean. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and seating area. We didn't eat in so I'm not sure what the cooking facilities were like but there was plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Nice quiet area. Excellent location for places to eat and local attractions. Short taxi ride from the train station. Would definitely recommend.
Negative: It would have been great if there had been some milk on arrival as we had just had a long journey. Also a tea towel in the kitchen would have been useful.
Summary: Excellent accommodation and location.

Positive: Great location, just a short stroll to many locations and activities. Also easy stop from airport on A1 flyer. Cute modern decor. Nice layout with ample space for people to be together or have some privacy. Two bathrooms and also a separate third toilette downstairs was nice. Amples sheets & towels. Working washer & dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Helpful owners & property managers.
Negative: It was great to have a nice kitchen, but the pots & pans could use an update - no lids & scratched up. Coffeemaker with no pods. No pepper to be found. Appreciated what was there. Maybe add variety of mugs as everyone kept losing theirs since they all lookalike. The keys for door & gate seemed to stick. Only having one set of keys was a little challenge. The upstairs was a bit warm and there was only one small fan. The upstairs suite bathroom shower doesn’t drain well requiring managing. A few things to sort, but none take away from the great place and great experience of staying there.

Positive: Great location, close enough that the town centre/harbour was just a short walk but just far enough away that there was no noise disturbance during the night. The beds were very comfortable and the decor within the home is really lovely, with some nice homely touches like plants, board games, blankets etc. The home was immaculately clean, with a decent size and volume of towels etc. We just used the home as a base so didn't do any cooking but there seemed to be plenty of tableware and utensils with a decent size fridge/freezer, hob, oven etc. so would definitely be somewhere you could use as a more long-term base.
Negative: Only 1 set of keys for 5 adults made logistics a bit tricky when we weren't all coming and leaving at the same time. This is due to the positioning of the lock-box outside the entrance-way and fact there are two doors that need locking/unlocking (the entrance-way and the home itself). You also had to be able to lift quite a heavy entrance-way door/gate in order to lock/unlock it which was a bit tricky on your own, but this wouldn't deter me from staying again.
Summary: Beautiful home, great location, comfortable and clean.

Negative: second set of keys would be very helpful difficult to park a long car (bmw 5er) in garage on a narrow street

Positive: The house is pleasant and comfortable. It is convenient for reaching the city center. Decoration of the house is warm and beautiful. It is really suitable for family trip.
Negative: It would be better if sufficient sauce and seasoning would be provided. If provided with breakfast stuffs such as jam, peanut butter, coffee capsule etc would be nice. Besides, the drying machine was not functioning well.
