Special Rates for weeklong and monthlong stays! Come enjoy this jewel of a retreat which has been meticulously remodeled and stunningly decorated. The enormous great room boasts over 900 square feet beautifully incorporating a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, a lovely dining area, spacious family room with French doors to the patio, and an entertainment center with fireplace.
The large master suite has a king-sized bed, an adjoining sitting room, and a walk-in closet “suitable for ballroom dancing” and a private patio overlooking the golf course. The master bathroom features dual vanities, separate commode room, and walk-in shower tiled floor to ceiling.
Alternatively, the guest bathroom sports dual vanities and a jetted tub. Both bathrooms are luxuriously appointed with granite countertops, glass-tiled backsplashes, and Jacuzzi brand faucets. Guest rooms are each furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and television.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy barbecuing on the large covered patio while taking in the delightful views of the sprawling golf course and two sparkling fountains. During season, guests are welcome to glean a bountiful harvest of fresh citrus.
A grass, tree-lined rear garden is convenient for walking well-behaved, pre-approved, small dogs; however, because coyotes and hawks that live within the golf course are known to frequent the garden, pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times while outside.

Summary: My husband and I wanted to explore Sun City. This was a perfect location. We played golf five times over our ten day stay. We also enjoyed hosting our son’s family from Flagstaff for one night. Plenty of room, sizable kitchen, delicious oranges, available golf cart, and convenient to stores. We’re looking forward to retuning next year.

Summary: The house was very clean and spaciousm exactly as pictured. Vicky was very responsive to the couple of questions asked of her. I would definitely stay here again.The one bad review posted earlier seems totally bogus to me. The kitchen was spotless and free of clutter.The beds were very comfortable. My wife and I stayed for nine days while visiting family in the area. We walked in the neighborhood nearly everyday, though I regret I did not have time to take advantage of the golf course right out the back door.

Summary: This property is just as advertised! Very clean, open floor plan and easy to find! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked! The oranges on the tree in the yard were delicious and an excellent bonus! Would stay here again next time!

Summary: Have stayed here multiple times. Great location for what I need. Close to family and also golf, shopping and all of the sports complexes. Check in was simple. Always my first choice to stay when I'm in town.

Summary: My cousins and I rented this amazing home for a week, while in AZ visiting my sister. It is spacious, has a terrific location, extremely well appointed, comfortable beds and much more! I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: This property was everything we needed. The layout was great and it was pet friendly. Nice area to walk our dog. It was easy to communicate with our host Vicky when checking in and out. When sitting on the patio in the evening we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets.

Summary: The house is nicely appointed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The low fence in the backyard was a great play area for our small dog to explore. We did keep an eye on her, knowing that there are predator in the area. We loved the spacious kitchen island!
