Summary: I enjoyed some of the things offered by Sun City such as the warm water pool and the gym at Sun Dial. I found the TV in the house impossible to use. I did enjoy the oranges growing in the back yard and the citrus set out on the sidewalk by other neighbors. It would have been helpful if the owner had provided a juicer, but I bought one off Craig's List and left it for future renters. I found the bed quite uncomfortable mainly because I like a firmer bed.

Summary: Evolve really seems to have it together. This was my second Evolve rental. The homes are nicely remodeled, stylishly furnished, and appointed with everything a person needs to be comfortable. Their communication and customer service is excellent. This little house in Sun City is a great place to visit. I was looking for a real estate near my mom and it was the perfect home base for my property hunt, yet close to her so I could care for her.Highly recommend.

Summary: We came down for a couple days and didn’t want to stay in a loud hotel with my in laws and children so we found this house. The listing looked beautiful with the pictures so we chose this one. We arrived at the location and the keyless entry was super easy and then we walked through the door and honestly the pictures do not do this home justice! This house is so beautiful and set up so nice! It’s very clean minus the tile floor making the baby have a little discoloration on his feet from walking around. The beds were comfortable and clean and we will look into staying here again! Very enjoyable experience all around!
