Pet-friendly haven with a fenced yard! One block to beautiful Faversham Park, 7 minutes to Olde Town Arvada's dining and nightlife, and just 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain hiking trails. This home has everything you need, with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and a beautiful outdoor space for dining and relaxing.
All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor:
Main bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom
2nd bedroom - Queen bed
3rd bedroom/office - Twin trundle bed
We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Summary: Our stay in the house was wonderful. It was very spacious and just as described. The house is in a wonderful location near a park and convenient to stores and restaurants. There is a nice sized backyard with lots of personality. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Came out to visit our son for Thanksgiving and couldn't be more pleased with this rental. Far enough outside the city so it's quieter at night yet close enough where it doesn't seem like an ordeal to pop into town and head to the zoo or museum, both of which we did. Plenty of shopping centers around in case you forgot a few things, which we also did. House was laid out in such a manner where people could be spread out yet still feel as though a part of the group. Nice big kitchen for cooking Thanksgiving dinner and plenty of counter space. There was a nice little welcome basket in the kitchen and bathrooms which was a nice touch. Everything was in good working order and outside of a few minor issues that weren't of really much concern we had a great visit. Thank you so much and would definitely rent this place again!

Summary: We and our two dogs loved the house. It was clean, well decorated and supplied. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Close enough to downtown Denver that we could easily do what we came to do without too much commute, but also far enough away that we could go out to dinner and avoid heavy traffic.

Summary: Nice house. Unfortunately the refrigerator broke right before we were coming (at least that’s what they said) so had to buy ice constantly to keep things cold. Some odd items I thought. Lots of pictures of the home owners with their dogs. Almost seemed like they live there full time and then move out when guest are coming in. Non of the doors in the house fully close. It is an older house so not expecting it to be perfect. Overall. Not a bad place but don’t expect it to be perfect.

Summary: We really appreciated having such nice accommodations to relax between college visits, soccer camps and outdoor fun with our dogs. The AC is a different concept than we are used to but it was very helpful since the days got into the 90s. We love to be outside in mornings and evenings and the backyard furniture was great. There are some yellow jackets to watch out for, but it was still worth it to be outside. We used the kitchen and laundry and all went fine. We walked to the nearby park for the dogs, and it was a very cute area. The property mgmt group leaves a nice surprise of Aveda product in the bathrooms, which I love! And the soaps and detergents were all “clear” green products as well. The only negative to the location is the cell service. While the WiFi was strong inside, our AT&T service did not work at all to take phone calls - really anywhere in the Westminster/Arvada area. We are gluten friendly and we found two places worth mentioning. My husband found the Crestone Bakery and got us the most amazing cinnamon rolls - all gf! We also enjoyed the Indian restaurant Soice. They did a great job of labeling their menu gf.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an older home with some newer updates in a quiet neighborhood. While it was pet friendly, the backyard is not secure for a small dog. They can get out under the fence. The TV service was unreliable, often freezing up or not working. It would have been nice to have more towels for 6 people staying 5 days. Who wants to do laundry everyday, while on vacation? The property management team was easy to deal with & communicated well. Overall, we feel like it was overpriced for what you get.
