Summary: The staff was awesome and very helpful. They truly went above and beyond. Now cleanliness was on the otherhand awful i had to wipe down every surface and clean the bathroom to even fell comfortable using it. My child has a peanut allergy and among first coming in the room found old food somewhere and had a allergic reaction. Pretty disappointing of a fairly nice hotel with amazing staff, youd think cleanliness would be held to a higher standard to management.

Summary: I stayed five nights but my room was only cleaned once. I had to go to the front desk twice to get new towels and toilet.

Summary: The staff should put more efforts into room service and housekeeping We found food from previous customer in the fridge Apparently, our room has not been vacuumed for a while We asked for the TV remote (which was missing from the room) but the maintenance man never showed up, so we had to "borrow" the remote from a nice lady who was stating in anothet room...! The premices around the hotel building were also very dirty with empty bottles, cigarette butts everywhere Finally, we had to ask for clean towels at the front desk at the middle of our stay ( 5 nights)

Summary: This is a very rundown out of date hotel. It is substandard in every way, including no coffee maker no refrigerator no USB charging ports and no room service throughout my three day stay. I definitely would not return and would certainly not recommend this to anyone interested in a half decent hotel, especially considering the rates that are being charged

Summary: Place is honestly very run down. The free breakfast is by far the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The windows on a few of the hotel rooms were broken. The AC unit did not work in our room. Smelled moldy in the room. Very disappointed

Summary: The maid tried to tell us that we checked out and we had 3 more days. The maids don’t understand English. The bathtub was disgusting. The grounds are not well kept. There are weeds all over.
