Summary: We stayed here with our large family for our daughter's wedding. The home exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable during our stay and the kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of dishes and glasses for our family of 12. The appliances were top-notch, huge refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The multi-function oven was wonderful. So many pans and utensils, everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the tubs were also designed for comfort. Gorgeous fireplace that starts with the flip of a switch. Pickleball and putting green were right outside the front door. Walk to fast food and Starbucks! We did have a trash issue when we arrived that was never resolved and some of the baby equipment that was provided was not very clean, but this would not prevent us from staying again.

Summary: We booked this townhouse along with another one in the same neighborhood for a family vacation. This townhouse was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed playing pickle ball. The neighbors were super friendly, and the area was quiet and relaxing. There was a gas station, coffee, and fast food within walking distance. We had to contact the owner for a minor issue, and they quickly responded and fixed the issue the next day. I would highly recommend this place!

Summary: The home was in a great location! The little neighborhood was great and its proximity to shopping in Loveland, exploring in Estes Park, and city life in Denver is amazing! The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Summary: We were moving to Loveland and this was a great place to stay with our family while doing that. This property was clean and the lots of rooms and use of the garage was awesome. Thank you!

Summary: Cute little property. Did not realize it was a townhouse, but still accommodated all our needs. Biggest problems were maintenance....front door lock needs a new battery (so getting in was beyond frustrating and took more than five minutes because the door digital lock wouldn't display and had to contact property management for help). The fridge needs new air and water filters. We took the trash out but the bin was full already. Also note, the listing did not include a list of cleaning for us to do. It was nothing too crazy, but why am I paying a $100+ cleaning fee and still having to start laundry and sweep? I understand dishes, but the online instructions, the emailed instructions, and the list on site were all different. Kind of annoying.

Summary: This place was everything we could have imagined and more! Gorgeous space with everything we could want/need. Starbucks and a view of the mountains! 30 minute drive to Boulder or Estes. Groceries and restaurants within a 10 mile radius. Pickle ball and golf in the front yard we played daily as a family. Quiet neighbors quiet community we will definitely be back!!

Summary: We took our family to Berthoud for a Korn Ferry Tour golf tournament and the place is great! I would recommend staying here. Lora was wonderful and the house is beautiful, clean and well appointed.
