Positive: Great sitting areas in the garden.Huge dining table in the kitchen made it perfect for our family gathering. Gorgeous bathrooms.The caretakers were so helpful and welcoming. Lovely welcome cake and milk for us and dog treats. A totally secure garden was great for the 2 dogs.
Negative: We didn't find the beds very comfortable. We were woken very early each morning due to horse owners seeing to their horses. The sound of the gates meant the dogs and 4 year old were awake, which was a shame when otherwise it is such a peaceful spot.

Positive: Stunning location, lots of space, safe for our toddler with the provided stair gate, doors and gates we could close without him reaching any handles. Lovely games room and garden seating areas. We didn’t take our dog but she would have been perfectly safe too. Lovely to see friendly horses in stables just outside the house. Great communication from Jenny who also provided lots of local info for us. All lovely and clean when we arrived.
Negative: Nothing - all great!
Summary: Wonderful farmhouse in a lovely location. Clean and tidy. Had everything we needed.

Positive: Lovely location, perfect for what we needed. Jenny was very attentive, checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything. House was large, ideal for 7 of us. Beds were comfy. Lots of DVD’s and games and pool table.
Negative: Had a few problems with TV/internet but this was overcome, Jenny was informed. Otherwise all good.

Positive: The house was perfect for our Christmas stay and the rooms are larger than they look in the photos.There were two Christmas trees beautifully decorated it was cosy with plenty of space to escape for quiet moments. Great communication from Jenny who contacted us beforehand with all the necessary information and said she was there to help if we had any problems .The house has lovely views and from the moment you walk in you feel at home.A multigenerational stay and every age group loved it.The decor is of the highest quality and the horses are magnificent.
