Our stylish villa from the 19th century is situated in a garden next to a vineyard and offers absolute peace and yet a perfect infrastructure. In two minutes is a small supermarket, which is open daily to 22 clock and Saturday / Sunday. In spite of the tranquility there are only 120 steps to the bus 35 A. In 10 minutes you are at all metro stations, in 25 minutes right in the heart of Vienna. Drivers can park in our private at the house.
Vienna is a city with an urban and historical flair. In our villa from the 19th century, we have set up a 76 m2 large, romantic garden apartment as a "house within a house" with a separate entrance and a secluded garden space. We ask smokers to make it right in front of the apartment on the garden cozy. The apartment with 1 room with fireplace and sofa bed for two persons, 1 living / dining room with an original Baroque-in cabinets, 1 bedroom, over full kitchen, hallway and bathroom we recently prepared so lovingly furnished with valuable pieces that maybe it is difficult to drive fast times in the City, to see the sights of Vienna.
Vienna is a city of art and culture with countless daily specials. Whether you want to listen to famous singers in the State Opera, the Burgtheater classic look, listen to concerts or want to choose from many museums with old masters and exciting new works - everything is always and at any time.
If you have enjoyed enough culture, you can enjoy many cozy pubs Vienna's legendary "libel" recharge your batteries in large, lush parks or taste in historical patisseries such as the "Demel" one of the countless coffees and an apple strudel or Sacher Torte . Vienna swings and is still in every nook and cookies also "Old Vienna"
Immediately at our invites the Heurigenort Neustift to taste the famous homemade wine and listen to the Viennese playing music and singing. We have in our garden seating arbor set up in front of the apartment in which it can enjoy wine and cigarette, surrounded by oleanders and passion flower, good gossip, dream a glass. Watch TV in the fireplace room with open fire, has an unusual quality. In the above way, full kitchen waits a Nespresso machine, 1 bottle of wine and a Brotkörberl for the very first hunger.
We have to date never been rented and live even in this particular house, where our guests will feel at home, enjoy every comfort and find peace. I also have my little psychological practice in the house and a maid can resolve the problems that immediately.
