Summary: The house is located on the water and was in a quiet area. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim nearby. Easy drive into Bar Harbor. There was an issue with bugs that the manager attempted to address.

Summary: Great, quiet location with outstanding views. But the house itself needs attention. The listing advertised central air and a gas grill. The house had neither of those. The twin bedroom on the first floor had a serious ant problem (small and large flying ants). It was unusable forcing my daughters to sleep upstairs where it was so hot. The house needs a deep cleaning, pest control, and attention to the first floor king mattress and couch (which were beyond uncomfortable) This place has the potential to be a five star property with the water views and easy access to trails and Echo Lake.
