Fanningstown House, is a charming country house offering luxurious self catering accommodation, for ten people in an idyllic location. It is surrounded by mature trees, hedging and manicured lawns. There is ample space for children to play plus a patio with seating for outdoor entertaining. A standalone garden room where you can relax and take time out for a morning coffee.
The accommodation comprise of kitchen, diner with seating for ten people, a sitting room leading to a conservatory with a large screen smart TV and open fire place. A formal dining room with a piano. There are four bedrooms upstairs, two ensuite with walk in wardrobes, two share a large bathroom recently refurbished. Downstairs there is a bedroom with access to bathroom. You have access to a laundry area and cloak room,.
It is an ideal base for touring the south, west region, family gatherings, wedding accommodation, golfers, walkers. There is a great choice of golf courses Adare, Ballybunion, Lahinch and Doonbeg. Limerick Greenway, Ballyhoura mountains for walking ,cycling or hiking.
It is five minutes drive to the village of Adare and thirty five minutes drive to Shannon airport.

Summary: This was a great home for my family as we spent a holiday in Ireland with the absolute highlight being the add-on dinner of authentic cuisine on our first night. It allowed us to explore another culture and grow closer across 3 generations on family. Simply Outstanding! I highly recommend this dinner and the house.

Summary: Fannisgstown House was perfect for our family of 7 when visiting the beautiful country of Ireland. Each couple and teenager had their own bathroom which everyone appreciated tremendously! Angela responded to any and all questions immediately and was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the house tremendously and still had time to drive out every day to tour sites that were within short driving distances. A terrific experience and terrific house!

Summary: We cannot say enough about this home. Beautiful and welcoming. We were a group of 9 including three families. We rented the house before checking into our hotel for a family wedding. The house was perfect! Everything you needed was included. We were sad to leave and check into our hotel. Had we known we would have stayed in the house the entire time. Booking was seamless and even though we had a bit of trouble finding the place when we arrived in Ireland, Angela was very responsive and in no time we were all set. Lovely home lovely host. I would recommend staying here.

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay at the Fanningstown House. It is very spacious and clean. We spent a lot of time in the Sunroom when we were at the house. It's charming. Angela was very accommodating and always promptly responded to any questions. It was a great stay.

Summary: The house was lovely, lots of room, great for our family to stay. It's close to main street in Adare - a short drive, and in a residential area so it was nice and quiet. The only complaints are that the water temperature was fussy - hot then cold, and some of the fixtures in the bathroom very old and need replacement/repair. There also was not a whirlpool/hot tub, as listed, only a sitting tub (with no whirlpool). However, we were overall pleased with our stay here.

Summary: The home is large and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Thank you for leaving some food we didn’t expect that, it was a nice touch. Just a note all the coffee pods that were in the home were the wrong size but we were able to find some that fit in town.Maybe if you put a note in the home exactly what kind it takes it would be easier for the guest. The home was just a 10 minute drive to Adare and a great location for day trips. We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home.
