Negative: The bathroom has mould and is grubby, the front door jams on the floor, and generally the property is grubby and tired!

Positive: Location was perfect for a wedding at Keswick hall Comfy bed and large shower and sitting space Bigger than it looks in pictures.
Negative: First day couldn't get hot water. But 2nd day did not sure why there was a difference Very brief info re accommodation on display not sure would have known how to use oven without a guide. Though wasn't needed as out most of time. Would have been nice to park bang outside property as provide a bit more privacy as full on picture window. But good blind helped.

Positive: Location for Norwich was great- caught the bus into the city. Loved the quiet- no traffic noise. Car parking was free and close. The welcome tray of tea bags, coffee sachets and biscuits was a nice touch. We needed a fan - great to have one supplied.
Negative: With the description ‘idyllic’ we were expecting something with a more open aspect and not really views of the driveway and other houses in the cul-de-sac. Parts of annex were a little tired and worn.
