Summary: Accommodated 7 adults well with 4 bedrooms a nd three full baths. The deck was really nice and large. Our dog liked it too. The downstairs bathroom was convenient but the pocket door was difficult to move. The sink faucet was cute but loose. Lights and bedding on first floor could be updated.along with mattresses. Towels were nice.. Couldn’t use fireplace. One of the property photos gave impression it was on the river. Were able to get pizza delivery from Wrightsville that was great!

Summary: Visited Lancaster and Gettysburg and found many interesting things to see and do. Our "house" was wonderful and we would stay again.

Summary: Five of us got together for a reunion while attending a wedding in Lancaster. This house was perfect for our needs. Amazingly clean and well equipped, kitchen-wise, it was a fun to stay and hang out at.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay, Evolve team was great from booking to customer service, Jasmine, when adding additional items last minute. Local contact, Patty, was very prompt and accommodating when I asked for early check-in. Everything was like the listing said and I will use them again in the future.

Summary: We booked this property to attend some of the local haunted attractions. It was in a gorgeous location! We are river goers, and this felt like home away from home for us. It is decorated and equipped beautifully. We plan to return next year and are hoping this home will be available again!

Summary: Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood! It was a great location. They had everything that you can imagine needing. I only gave it an overall 4 because the cleaning people can be a bit cleaner. Behind the beds, and the corners of the house there were huge dust piles and some cobwebs. on the side of the wall where the washer and dryer are there was so much dirt like it had never been cleaned back there. Lastly, the door for closing the washer and dryer out of site needs to be redone because when you open the washer or the dryer it does not allow you to open it the opening is too small for that huge washer and dryer so a better door system is needed there as I bumped my head a time or two getting laundry out due to the tightness of the opening of the door that covers the washer and dryer. The cleaning folks left a note that there was a bee's nest in one of the umbrellas outside so that deterred us from sitting out back not knowing which had the bees, that should have been removed before guests arrived. Because when we sat outside on the front porch for a brief second bees were flying out front as well. We could not enjoy the river chairs because the chairs and small table were infested with ants. So just some maintenance stuff that can be done but overall it was nice to have less technology to rest. I would return and give this property a 2nd chance as it was a good location and quaint.
