The famous lighthouse and restaurant is located next to Arashi beach for spectacular sunsets.

You don't come to Aruba unless you love beaches and water sports. Wind surfing and kite surfing rentals and classes are nearby. Kayaks and boat rentals are also available.

Summary: Our flight arrived very late. I tried to stay in touch to let them know of our late arrival. When we arrived at the property there were no keys. When the keys finally arrived, the manager first had to change the lightbulb and stand on a chair to put the fan on. So it was clear to us that nobody was at the room during the day to prepare for our arrival. By this time it was late so we went to bed.. during the night we woke up to the sound of a barking dog next door and we noticed that it was warm in the room. We tried to find the remote for the air conditioner but there was none. Looking up at the ceiling in the morning we noticed the sun shining through the cracks and it was already unbearable in the room. the manager showed up with the remote and the air conditioner was on high already. Realizing that the room was going to be uninhabitable during the day we handed off the keys to the property manager at 11:00 and we left. Being that the manager doesn't speak English we were unable to communicate with her to tell her what was wrong. The picture you see is not actually where you stay the room is actually located above the garage upstairs. I will say that the property is lovely the neighborhood is nice it is just unfortunate that everything was not in working order we probably would have enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Property is very easy to find ! Right near the beaches and all kinds of places to eat. Check in was super smooth and the host was more than accommodating. Pool was awesome and everything was very private. Would come back again.

Summary: My husband & I stayed for one week in the upstairs of a 2 floor studio guesthouse in the back of the owners main house. Good neighborhood, although you need a car as the beach is a 10 minute drive. Some minor inconveniences, such as tiny kitchen with bar stools and countertop rather than larger apts, and beach chairs need replacing. Beautiful clean pool and property is very well kept. Property manager very friendly and easy to communicate with. If you are a super fussy person, this place is not for you. If you’re willing to put up with a few inconveniences, you’ll love it!

Summary: From initial contact through departure, our experience dealing with Espy and staying in the Iguana Studio was 6-star. The location is safe and the lodging is very comfortable. Everything is clean and in good repair. The pool is a luxury we appreciated at the end of every day. If you rent a car, the location is convenient to beaches, restaurants and shops in the centre of the island. There is a bus stop for Arubus approximately 2 km. away at Malmok Beach if you wish to use public transportation. If it is available when we return to Aruba, we would stay here again.

Summary: We loved this property and would stay again! It was adorable, tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to everything via car. Very relaxing. Nice pool area. And Espy and company were very quick to respond and a pleasure to rent from! They were so kind and just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.
