Do you dream of sunbathing by a beautifully large pool on a soft lounge chair, feeling the breeze on your skin, while enjoying privacy and family time?
Look no further because we have the right villa for you!
This glorious 2 story villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. We can add a pack n play or air mattress for 1 or 2 extra children, so 10 guests total.
This villa has 4 fully airconditioned bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with hot water.
The pool area of this villa is a dream. The large shaded patio overlooking the pool, has a cozy bar, as well as a dining table so you can enjoy great dinners by the pool (ask us about private chef services!).
Plenty of sun loungers to lay out in the sun and for when the heat is too much we've got plenty of shade as well.
There is more! Great balconies and a deck overlooking the pool.
At night this is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the beautiful colored lights of our landscaping and the amazing Aruban sky, enjoying beautiful sunsets.
This villa really has all you need to spend quality time with your family.
This spacious villa is the ultimate place to relax on your perfect holiday and
above all, it is very clean and well maintained.
We have all you need to feel at home away from home.
The open kitchen is completely equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, anything you need to prepare your own meals at home.
In the case you do want to go out, the hotel strip with hundreds of restaurants is just a few minutes drive away.
This villa gives you all the privacy that you need for quality time with your family or a romantic honeymoon. We have all the modern conveniences, hot water, air-conditioning and WIFI.
Of course we have beach chairs for you, a cooler, beach towels and bath towels. You can pack light, as we have a great washer and dryer.
The home is fully fenced and private, we have a great alarm system, parking on property.
Westpunt is one of the most upscale areas of Aruba. It is right by the Golf Course of Tierra del Sol. Only a 2 minute drive to Arashi Beach and a 3 minute drive to the hotel strip of Palm Beach.
You will discover the value of staying at a private villa and will never stay at a hotel again.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $280 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.
We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.
Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

Summary: This property met all expectations. The house was lovely with modern features and well appointed and was as much a part of our vacation experience as going to the surrounding restaurants and beaches. Each day started out with lying by the pool and a swim before heading out. We had plenty of space for our party with three bedrooms and an additional in-law suite that was used by my son and daughter-in-law. The check in process was easy and went smoothly as did the check-out process. Jose was a great host and gave us restaurant and hang-out recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We were traveling with 6 adults, two married couples and our moms. The house is large and well suited for several couples traveling together. We did not travel with children, but it is set up nicely to allow that as well. It's the only house I've rented in Aruba that had air-conditioning in all the living spaces, not just the bedrooms. Location is excellent in relation to the Noord/ Malmok area. The house is located convenient to a local grocery store for quick items, so you don't need to run out to Super foods for forgotten ingredients. The entertainment area around the pool is spacious. I did not notice in our listing, but there is a full bathroom including a shower in the poolhouse. The powder room off the living room was also very convenient. We would definitely stay again should we visit with our extended family.

Summary: We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything was great once we got there airline problems several times but once we got to Aruba thoroughly enjoyed ourselves thank you very much.

Summary: House was as pictured. Pool area is excellent. We are a family of 6, so it was enough space for all to be comfortable. One suggestion we have is to have board games, cards and puzzles in the house.

Summary: We completely enjoyed our vacation. The pool area and outdoor space was exactly as pictured—gorgeous and so relaxing. We spent most of our time outside enjoying our own private oasis. The home was well equipped with everything needed. The booking and check-in process was very smooth and the contacts were very responsive with anything we needed during our stay.
