Positive: The location couldn't be better - the hotel is literally on the beach with crystal clear water. Sunbeds and umbrellas were free of charge, and we never struggled to find one available. We had a reserved table at the restaurant for the duration of our stay. Unusual at first, but I came to quite like this setup. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of options available. The staff were polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean, and towels were replaced promptly. The hotel was able to provide a cot for the baby. Wi-Fi was free of charge without the annoying captive portals. Town center is about a 10-minute walk. There's a market on Thursdays near the roundabout on Viale Pietro Nenni.
Negative: There were a few minor annoyances. Baby high chairs were available free of charge, but annoyingly, the armrests were exactly at table height. This left about a 20 cm gap between the chair and the table. We had to help hold the plates closer, but even then a lot of food ended up on the floor creating unnecessary cleaning for the staff. Wasps were a problem whenever desserts were on the table. Towards the end of our stay, the staff placed some sort of incense on the tables, which helped to manage the situation. Soft drinks and coffee could be purchased at the bar only with a special prepaid card. Room doors were unlocked with a separate key. Unclear why the prepaid card was mandatory, it might have worked better as an optional convenience for guests who didn't want to carry their wallets. WiFi coverage was only around the reception area.

Positive: The location was good if you want to be in that area. You can rent a kayak from the hotel for 15 euro an hour. Good location to access some other beaches by car.
Negative: Parking was not free while room was already over priced. The main building was pretty run down & in need of renovations as we're the rooms, although the rooms were clean. The hotel beach is not the best.

Positive: Location superb, with direct access onto the beach and marina as well as private garden area with sun loungers, chairs and parasols.Easy walk into resort with shops, bars, restaurants, bank and pharmacy. Easy to walk to a number of other beaches. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffets for breakfast and dinner, and they paid special attention to dietary requirements. Property is charming and public areas well fitted and pleasant.
Negative: Our bedroom would have benefited from a refurbishment especially in the bathroom area. However the staff responded quickly when we asked for attention to the shower and a replacement hairdryer. Could do with more power points to charge devices. Wi-Fi limited to ground floor indoors.
Summary: Very relaxing and enjoyable, with good service. Would stay there again.

Positive: The food was FANTASTIC especially the pasta. There was no repitition over a 4 night stay and two choices of pasta per day. The staff were super friendly especially the two ladies on reception. Loved that the the beach sunbeds were included for the stay and how close to the beach the hotel is.
Negative: The juice at breakfast was a bit watery!
