Summary: Perfect base for a wonderful holiday in Sardinia. Stepping out of the back gate straight onto the beautiful beach. We can thoroughly recommend this beautiful little villa for a family holiday.

Summary: This place is beautiful. The location was great. Close to the airport and close to other surrounding areas. Having the walk out to the beach was amazing because we had the ocean at your doorstep. This was definitely a nice place to stay, we wish we stayed longer : ) the area was very safe and there was a mix of people, families with kids, honeymooners and older people etc.. Everybody was friendly. We enjoyed this stay 100% Sardinia we will see you soon xoxo

Summary: The condo was clean and well equipped. It was small, but comfortably adequate for 4 adults. Off-season visit was peaceful and relaxing. The sandy beach, although public, almost seemed private! It was a quick walk to town and to the dock. Both the caretakers and the owner were easy to reach and responsive to our questions. Groceries, pharmacy, bakeries, and restaurants were all easily accessible.

Summary: We had a fantastic family holiday here. Everything was well organized. The house is just perfect and the kitchen is very well arranged. Highlight is the privat gate to the Beach! Many thanks for a very relaxing week!

Summary: What can I say? The most beautiful beach, the setting is majestic, the water crystal clear. We fell in love from the moment we arrived and felt as though we were in paradise. The house is fantastic, beautifully furnished and with every amenity you will need. The garden is so pretty. The view of Tavalora is out of this world! Our children had a wonderful time playing in the sea and running along the sand. The check in was so easy. I was a little worried as our Italian is terrible but Kikka was so welcoming and explained everything so well, even recommending things for us to do! We had the most wonderful week exploring this wonderful island. We have taken Sardinia and Il cancelleto to our hearts and hope to return one day soon! Thank you so much Matteo and Naima for allowing us to share your beautiful home!

Summary: It was the perfect location for a relaxing stay. I did not want for anything, the home was well stocked and magnificently decorated. All around it was perfect. Our contact Kikka was better than expected and was over immediately if I needed her. Not one complaint, I’d highly recommend!

Summary: We had a very nice five days here with friends. We loved sitting on the small terrace enjoying the location. There is a bar very closeby which was nice for an afternoon cocktail. Our only complaint was the power was cut off early on the morning of our departure. We had planned a little later departure so we all had to scramble to finish up and depart, leaving the kitchen not as perfect as we planned. We would all (four of us) come back and laze around the beach and yard and enjoy this fabulous place.

Summary: Perfect stay with small children. Only peacefull sea, sandy beach and beautifull view at Tavolara from housegarden seating. From bed to sea approx 10 meters.:) Whole week good and sunny September weather (26 C day/ 19 C night). Good choice and sure we want to come back. The proprerty was clean, owner was still in contact, there was furnished garden and big grill. I would recommend to my friends. Thanks
