Summary: Wie haben das Ferienhaus bereits das 2. mal gebucht - das erste Mal vor 2 Jahren. Es wurde wie immer äußerst sauber und in bestem Zustand vom sehr freundlichen Eigentümer übergeben / übernommen. Es war wieder alles wie beschrieben. Jedoch : * wesentlich stärkerer Verkehr an dem nahegelegenen Feldweg : ab 5:00 früh PKWs im 2-Minuten-Takt ( Pilz-Sammler, Schäfer, Bauarbeiter ... ) * der nahegelegene Campingplatz ist deutlich vernehmbar * kein einziger dt. Fernsehkanal * kein Mobilfunkempfang

Summary: Das Haus ist in einem perfekten Zustand/ Alles ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Herrliches Idyll wer wirklich mal keine Menschen sehen möchte. Die Fahrt zum Einkaufen dauert ca 20 min mit dem Auto. Da wir viel sehen wollten war die Fahrt über die Berge irgendwann anstrengend und etwas nervig. WLAN fanden wir persönlich zu teuer/ 5 Euro pro Tag über Satellit. Die angegebenen 2 deutschen TV Kanäle gab es nicht.

Summary: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgeschieden von jeglicher Zivilisation. Wenn man in dieser Gegend kein Haus suchen würde, käm kein Mensch so weit nach oben, etwa 1200m überm Meeresspiegel. Also absolut ruhig, ideal um auszuspannen vom täglichen Arbeitsstress.Und wer will, kann sich auch die nähere Umgebung, die Städte ( Castelnuovo, Lucca, Pisa, Barga u.v.a. ansehen. Die Umgebung ist atemberaubend schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gespflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vorallem spricht er auch Englisch, was in dieser Region von großem Vorteil ist. Alles in allem war es für uns ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Die Offenheit und Hilfsbereitschaft der einheimischen Bewohner Fremden gegenüber, ist unbeschreiblich und vorbildlich.

Summary: Prijs / kwaliteit in orde.Huisje ligt op 1200 meter. Wij hadden in juli ook overdag koud weer met vaak buien. Eveneens lang rijden tot dichtstbijzijnde stad(je) (30 minuten). Geen mobiel netwerk, dus verplicht om (zeer trage) wifi van verhuurder te huren aan 4 euro / dag. Reistips: Pisa (120 minuten rijden) en Lucca (90 minuten rijden)
