Positive: The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was really clean. The staff were always kind and helpful. For families, especially with small children, this is a very good place. We also appreciated how well the staff takes care of the garden and the hotel surroundings. As an apology for some shortcomings, which the staff were aware of, we received a bottle of prosecco, which we truly appreciated. I believe that if these minor issues are resolved, this will become a truly pleasant destination for a holiday. Their poolside grill is also worth mentioning, as it is well-known for its delicious food and excellent service.

Negative: We had an apartment with a kitchen and a fridge, which would suggest the possibility of cooking. However, I have to rate the kitchen equipment as insufficient. For example, the apartment was for four people, yet there were only three teaspoons in the drawer. There was no salad bowl, no coffee maker, no kettle, and not even basic essentials such as salt, pepper, or sugar. As for the terrace, in reality, there was none – just a small table and two chairs outside the apartment entrance, with no parasol and no privacy at all. There is also a requirement that guests clean the kitchen themselves before departure or pay extra for cleaning. However, there were no dishwasher tablets, no dish soap, and no kitchen towel provided – only a sponge. In a hotel that presents itself as a four-star property, these things should be considered a basic standard. The apartment overall felt very bare and dark. It is important to mention that we chose this hotel mainly because of the swimming pool. However, the pool is not only for hotel guests but also open to the public, which makes it very crowded, with hardly any space left on the sunbeds or in the pool itself. The depth is only waist-high, making it more of a paddling pool for children rather than a proper swimming pool.

Positive: The location is perfect, almost like being in the forest. Very quiet, the only things I heard were birds. Only a 12 minute drive to the sea, it was amazing!

Negative: The internet never worked. I could never log on to the guest account because I could never find the guest account.
