Positive: Very comfortable bed, and big room, clean and with all the essentials. Good breakfast and location.

Negative: The heating is partially controlled by the host, and in my specific case I had to ask her to adjust it, as the thermostat wasn't working. So this was unpleasant. In general I felt there were a lot of explicit rules written around, about the maximum allowed temperature of the thermostat, about strictly not letting in anyone else that who was booking, about not bringing with you food from the breakfast room, which also had a camera. Otherwise, I would have given a higher score, but I think that right now the rating is too high.
