Positive: Location, food, cleaning , careful workers.

Negative: Whatever you get from bar , even for water you have to pay extra money. If you want to drink tea or cafe, you have to pay extra money. No social activity, nothing else made for kids, this hotel is family hotel, there were lots of kids but no activity planned for kids. You have to pay extra money for game tolls rent. I have never seen such as things before any ski hotel.

Summary: Good hotel but they need to improve their service conditions, some of services should be free. Also there is not enough

Positive: Very pleasant stay. Loved the location and the food 3 times a day was a value.

Negative: Over the weekend food choices were double of that in the week, which was dissapointing, seeing we are vegetarian it took away some of our choices. Nobody explained to us where what was so we felt lost and not a lot of people speak english which made us feel lost. We did not know where the ski slopes are or wher ethe hotel slopes are etc.

Positive: Hotel Manager Mr, Fahim is very good person , he is providing extra support during our stay.

Negative: The hotel has no AC but in booking.com is mentioned room equipped with AC which is completely wrong statement.

Summary: nice area to visit, for staycation this hotel is best.
