Our beautiful home is nestled at the base of Mount Olympus and is within 30 minutes of six amazing ski resorts and centrally located to just about everything you could imagine!
The spacious basement is completely refinished and is used only for Airbnb/VRBO guests. It is extremely clean and welcoming, you may never want to leave!
You will have a separate entrance through the garage and a place to store skis, bikes or other random toys.
2 bedrooms with queen beds, full laundry facilities, bathroom, spacious family room with a Roku TV, playstation and board / card games and free WiFi. Our laundry facility is downstairs in your space. For booking of less than a week, we can manage, but if you're here more than a week, we will need to arrange a mutually agreeable time for us to do our laundry in the laundry room in the basement during your stay.
The small kitchenette has a sink, microwave, toaster, electric tea kettle, coffee station, small fridge and a single counter top burner. Note, there is no traditional stove, oven or dishwasher here. You may not be able to make gourmet meals, but will have everything you need to make the basics.
This is a brand new listing, but we've had a Park City condo for years that's 5-star rated! Do not fear the limited ratings (to date!).
We do live upstairs, so you will hear us walking around. The larger bedroom is very quiet, but the smaller bedroom is below our kitchen, so you will hear us in the mornings. We have do have animals upstairs, so it is not a completely allergy free home. You will not see them, but may hear the pitter-patter of tiny feet at times.

Summary: My Son and I were visting to skiing with our IKON pass. This is a GREAT location for that with 5 IKON mountains within ~30 minutes. I also found the location great in general because of easy access to the highway, a nearby Grocery store, and lots of food options. The host was excellent and the apartment was exactly as described. Everything was spotless and looked new. Kitchen is small, but plenty for a quick breakfast or casual dinner. We definitely plan to return.

Summary: Very nice space with a great layout. Big bedroom and comfortable living area with a cool retro bar/kitchenette. Very accommodating host. Nice safe neighborhood with very easy access to big and little cottonwood canyons

Summary: We loved staying with you! There was plenty of space for our family of 4. We do alot of cooking and the induction burner worked great. This was a well-kept and comfy spot close to everything we wanted in the city! Thank you!

Summary: We loved John and Shawn's beautiful and cozy apartment. It was spotless, adorably decorated, fully stocked and very comfortable! They were 100 percent responsive as hosts--even delivering us fresh-baked cookies. The location is perfect--close to downtown and minutes away from the ski bus stop. We didn't want to leave! One note--if you are a sensitive sleeper, there is some noise from above (it's a ground-level apartment under their main house). The noise was not a problem at all for us, but just want to note that. Would definitely stay here again:)

Summary: This is a great spot but I would not have stayed here if I knew the only entrance and exit was through a finicky garage door. It felt like a fire hazard to not have a proper door to the apartment. And frankly I wonder about the legality of it.
