This much-loved and well-maintained home has been in the same family for over 40 years. With private bahia beach access, and kayaks available for use, you are sure to make the most of the water during your stay.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest room has 1 queen and 1 double bed making it perfect for a family with children. The kitchen is well stoked and features a counter with bar stools. The open-concept living room dining room with doors that open onto a covered porch, looking onto the water, is very comfortable and inviting.
There is no internet or cable tv. Our pet policy is 1 dog is okay, no more, and no cats- thank you! The bahia is an easy 5 min drive from the center of town and still it is very private and quiet.

Summary: During our stay 10/9/20-10/11/20, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service level. First-the bathrooms were still very dirty , specially the toilets ( I have pictures) . During our nap time, the gardener was working on the house and using the blower, the house was occupied already , the last day Lisa Honeycutt the property manager at VIVE Realty in San Carlos Guaymas MX, sent us a text message that we need to do the dishes, and take out the trash before we leave, this is unacceptable because we paid a cleaning fee. Lisa was very rude all the time. We were trying to talk to Tammy the broker but she never was available .
