Staying at the Medina apartment will be like experiencing the charm of the past and breathing the Mediterranean breeze.
The house overlooks the central square of the historic center of Alghero. To know and spend your holidays in Alghero you will not need a car. All services are at home, such as the sea, the beaches, the marina. All you have to do is take a plane flight and your vacation will begin immediately. The airport is only 10 km from the center of Alghero and is easily connected with a shuttle bus service which stops just 5 minutes from the house.
The house is located in the historic center, the area is closed to traffic.
The historic building in which the Medina apartment is located, has an elevator, and has a wonderful view with terraces on the central square of the historic center of Alghero, and from the house you can reach all the places of interest on foot.
From the marina you can rent a dinghy and go to the discovery of the wonderful coast of the Coral Riviera or you can spend a day on a boat with a fishing tourism excursion.
The bright apartment, in the heart of the historic center, is located within a restricted traffic area, where access to cars is forbidden, but if you want to arrive by car, there is a large parking lot a short distance away public, at the peace square, where you can park your car.
The recently renovated and air-conditioned apartment is located on the first mezzanine floor, with lift, and has an area of 110sqm. Inside there are two bedrooms (two doubles and in each room there is an additional single bed), two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, lounge, kitchen, closet and laundry room.
Both the large open space room and the large eat-in kitchen, have terraces overlooking the large square in the historic center.
In the large bathroom, finely decorated, there is a whirlpool tub, double sink, toilet and bidet.

Summary: This flat is literally right in the middle of the action. The two balconies with the view of the small square is as per the photos, and the apartment is very spacious, with two great couches in the living room to lounge in. It's a big, bright, clean flat with a full ktichen, which is great since we cooked many of our own meals. And there are two full bathrooms, so it's really a comfortable setup. But keep in mind that since you are in the heart of the city, it's not always going to be peaceful, with the weekend nights being particularly boisterous. And there are street musicians they play regularly in the square, so you'll have a front row seat to the show. But that was part of the entertainment for us, and was to be expected. And the weekday nights were surprisingly quiet, but you will hear the sound of the early morning trash collectors on some days. There were just a few minor points--- it would have been nice to have some dishcloths for the kitchen to use, and having soem beach towels to use would have been a bonus. And the bed in the main bedroom is, although comfortable, makes quite a bit of squeaking noises even when just barely moving around, so that could be adjusted. But the feeling of being able to stay in the beating heart of the city was well worth it, so i can recommend it and am looking forward to returning soon!

Summary: The property is 10:10 right in the heart of Alghero old town. Great facilities including washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Our welcome wine was delicious. If you love cafe life this is the place for you. We found cajo cafe songs every night except one a little much -12:30pm stopping. Fun the first couple of nights

Summary: Really nice and large apartment. Two good size bedrooms and a large living area with a nice modern kitchen. View from the balconies over the square gives you a great opportunity to see the town in action. The location is right in the middle of the old town with very easy walking access to everything. That does though mean that you get the noise etc from the restaurants underneath and behind the apartment at night but that’s worth it for the location. Good and easy communication with the property managers. Would definitely recommend if you want to visit Alghero.

Summary: This property was absolutely wonderful to stay at. Very nicely appointed, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, great supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We really enjoyed staying here - we had 4 adults and had plenty of room to spread out - and the two bathrooms were great! I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We booked the Medina Apartment as a family of four for our summer holiday. We were attracted by its central location, proximity to restaurants, harbourside and beach and it certainly did not disappoint. It is a clean, beautifully decorated and spacious apartment right in the heart of the old town with absolutely everything you might need for a short (or longer) stay in Alghero. Despite its location, the double glazed windows provided effective noise reduction. Air conditioning was very welcome! We found the washing line outside the kitchen window very useful each day. Maria was so helpful throughout all stages of the holiday experience and provided a comprehensive list of recommended restaurants and local sights/excursions. We were so grateful to her for allowing us access to check in early following our early morning flight and for arranging a taxi for us to return to Fertilla airport. Thank you to Alessandra too for the early morning checkout. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alghero, especially families and we would love to return again one day. Thank you! Summary: We can't say enough great things about this apartment and its location. We had a fantastic stay in this perfectly located flat. Maria was quick in his responses and provided us with an excellent experience, nice from the start to the end. The flat was comfortable, clean, and well organized. Summary: Such an amazing apartment close to absolutely everything we never needed to take a taxi anywhere! The house is full of light and not noisy at all. We were expecting noise because of the position. But not at all. Alessandra was so helpful and friendly . The apartment was iper clean and had everything we needed, from Air conditioning to Internet Wifi, from oven to microwave. The location was ideal for getting to all the sites on foot, central to everything and only 2 minutes from the sea and touristic port. Bus terminal for reach the airport is only 4 minutes away. There were good restaurants and a grocery very nearby. The price is very reasonable if compared with the quality. Definitely recommend this place.
