Villa Mirta is the ideal solution for those who want to spend their holidays in total relaxation and enjoy the privacy that only the Alghero countryside can offer.
Immersed in about 1000 square meters of pure Mediterranean vegetation, close to restaurants and spas, tennis courts and public swimming pools.
A recently renovated environment, new and in complete Sardinian style.
The house is about 10 minutes away (by car) from the most beautiful beaches of Alghero and 5 minutes from the major supermarkets and the city.
It is ideal for a holiday with your children, a couple or a group of friends who want to relax but at the same time have fun.
The house consists of:
• At the entrance one large veranda
• Large living room with two sofas and tv, covered veranda where you can enjoy your meals in complete relaxation.
• dining room with kitchen, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toast machine, boiler.
• two bedrooms (one double with one bed; one double with two beds)
• one more veranda just outside the bedrooms
• green lawn, with 4 big umbrellas, 2 more in the back of the house. Barbecue.
• swimming pool and deck chairs
• All windows and French windows are equipped with mosquito nets;
• The house is fully air conditioned;
included:
• bed sheets; towels
• consumption of electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi;
• washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
• kettle, coffee machine, toast machine, microwave, fan oven, outdoor barbecue.
• final cleaning (€ 50; included in the quote)
Supplements (on request):
• any periodic cleaning (€ 10 / hour)
To be paid upon arrival:
• Security deposit to cover possible damages € 200. (if there is no damage in the house it will be returned in full).

Summary: Really nice house with a great pool. Clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with Franco and his daughter was always very clear. Highly recommendable.

Summary: Villa was really nice and quiet and spotless. Nicely finished off and well fitted out. Especially nice to sit out in the evening with the shades extended out, sitting on a really comfy sofa.

Summary: Really enjoyed our week staying at Franco's house. Warm welcome on arrival by him and his daughter who showed us around and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Lots of outside space for the kids to run around. Short drive (10 mins) into centre of town and 5 min drive to supermarkets. Lots of great beaches within 10-25 min drive (our favourite was Mugoni). So many fabulous restaurants in Alghero to chose between, and a lovely old town to walk around. Bedrooms are simple but fine for what we needed, with ample storage. Kitchen facilities are simple but sufficient (no dishwasher). Swimming pool was very clean and large, accessible by a ladder at one end. The pool has a ledge on one side which our smaller kids couldn't use to climb out from (fine for larger kids and adults), but they enjoyed jumping in the pool from it. Gorgeous sunsets sitting on the veranda. Franco was quick to respond to any questions we had through the week. Overall we loved our stay, thanks Franco.

Summary: Giorgio and I spent 10 days at Villa Myrta early June. Wonderful villa, very very clean. Very well equipped, beautiful garden full of flowers and an outstanding pool, so so clean. Well THE place to be for wonderful holidays. On top the house is very well located, in the countryside but so near to Alghero. Francesco has been wonderful. So were his daughter and wife. All was well organized: meeting point, check in and out, explanations on equipments. Francesco was always available for any demand. Honestly there is nothing else to say if : WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND VILLA MYRTA!

Summary: Lovely villa in a quiet location. Nice pool And large garden. Franco was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Alghero was a lovely town with plenty of good restaurants and fabulous beaches only 30 mins away. Would recommend for a stay in NW Sardinia.

Summary: Great location for exploring Alghero (5 mins drive) and the wider region. Good sized, clean, above ground pool and a really good range of choice of sun or shade in the garden and multiple terraces. Nicely private and secluded but with some background road noise from the Alghero to Sassari road. A basic kitchen, small bedrooms and a sparely furnished sitting area. Air con was great on hot nights. Franco was an efficient and friendly host and, as a nice touch delivered a large tray of pastries.

Summary: Villa Is incredible & in area so quiet you can get away from it all. Pool is wonderful & great for kids as not too deep . Very clean & we felt very safe & secure. Franco is so welcoming. Love this place!

Summary: The villa was in a beautiful location and had everything we could have needed. It was extremely clean and we were given additional reassurances on arrival that additional cleaning measures had taken place. The pool was amazing and so welcomed on a hot day. The villa is only a few minutes from Alghero but so quiet with stunning views. There are two restaurants in walking distance, both very good restaurants although we mostly went into town to eat. The pool was cleaned in the middle of our two week stay and Franco kindly tough us some delicious Sardinian pastries. Although we didn't need Franco or his lovely family during our stay we had contact details and during any communication with Franco he checked all was ok and if we needed anything. We couldn't recommend this villa highly enough - great villa in a great location - thank you Franco & family!

Summary: We had a wonderful two weeks staying at Franco’s lovely house in Alghero. Franco and his family were friendly, kind, generous, welcoming, responsive and helpful throughout. The property and pool were fantastic and just what we were hoping for. The weather was very kind to us during our two weeks and there was plenty of outside space to relax in. The communal areas inside is also spacious and comfortable. It is very secure with an electric gate at the entrance. Many thanks for everything Franco (including the pastries and cakes!) and we hope to see you again before too long.
