The Property is " L" shaped , with the guest accommodation, main house and pool complex, all under one roof . You simply walk indoors from one end to another.
The entrance hall gives access to two of the huge reception rooms , including a stunning formal drawing room , study, living room and a formally laid out charming kitchen and utility room with fully intergrated appliances. The kitchen opens to one of the lovely patios and the rear garden.
The impressive master bedroom suites are exceptionally large .
The property used to have 10 bedrooms ,
but following some of the bedrooms being merged " 2 into 1" " it has now been reconfigured to have ,
5 enormous bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms ( Total of 7)

The Local area is lovely, prime stockbrokers belt, a hamlet between the towns of Guildford and Woking, surrounded by extremely tall and centuries old, trees rhododendrons. It gives an " evergreen " impression all around no matter where you look.
