Summary: A fine apartment, suitable for 2 people, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Situated on the 2nd floor and only accessible by a flight of stairs it is less suitable for disabled people. We were welcomed by the daughter of the owner(s) who took her time to show us everything we needed to know and whom we could always contact in case of problems, which turned out not to be necessary. An ideal place from which to explore the very interesting town. After a long day in town it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view to the east, overlooking the gardens, with in the distance a view of the cathedral, and on the horizon the Black Forest in Germany. Strasbourg is very interesting, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone who considers a visit (on his/her own, or with a partner). The apartment is not actually in the centre but in a section called Cronenbourg, but there is an excellent tram system, with a stop just round the corner. We made extensive use of the tram and visited every corner the town with it, even the German town of Kehl , across the Rhine. Highly recommended!

Summary: What a perfect home-away-from-home! Chantal is a wonderful host and filled us in on everything we needed to know for our stay. The tram is around the corner (runs every few minutes) and will take you to the city center or to the main train station if you're doing a day trip. We felt so at home, since the apartment had everything we needed. It's such a bright and cozy space, and the balcony overlooking the garden is a huge plus. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this lovely apartment!

Summary: Beautiful apartment, well equipped, warm comfortable and very close to public transport. The sloping ceiling in the bedroom was a little tricky but did not detract at all from our wonderful stay. Our host Chantal was lovely and communication was easy despite our very limited French. Getting to the city centre, Christmas Markets and sightseeing highlights was easy. We would certainly stay again and happily recommend Chantals apartment to family and friends who may be visiting Strasbourg in the future.

Summary: What a lovely space- so light airy clean and quiet, and has everything you need as well as proximity to the centre by tram or bike We loved the terrace which was great for eating outside - highly recommend the apartment

Summary: Chantal is a delight and speaks much better English than she thinks. Her apartment is very roomy, modern, and comfortably furnished. It is located just minutes from a tram stop that takes you directly to the center of town. An excellent restaurant is also a few minutes walk away. Only possible downside is three flights of stairs!

Summary: This apartment had everything you need for a perfect stay. It is well situated close to all local amenities with a tram stop 2 minutes walk away. Apartment was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Nice little touches such as fresh fruit, tea and coffee, condiments, cleaning products, even re-useable shopping bags for visiting the nearby supermarket. VERY QUIET!! In todays modern society this is very unusual, but much appreciated. Sitting on the balcony to read was a joy. Chantal was the perfect host and kept us up to date on local developments regarding the Coronavirus situation which enabled us the change our plans to get home early when required. We would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment in the future.

Summary: We stayed three weeks at this lovely apartment and enjoyed every moment. Beautiful place with high-end everything! Kitchen is terrific and bathroom is a dream. Comfy bed. The enormous balcony is fabulous. Excellent TV/DVD/sound system. Easy walk (20 minutes) to cathedral or take tram around the corner. Neighborhood gives feeling of small village. Chantal is a sweetheart! Highly highly highly recommend!
