Townhouse is located in a secure building in the historic armory square. Many nice Bars and restaurants are located on the same street right outside the building. MOST and landmark theater are within walk-able distance. Destiny Mall & Syracuse University are 5 min drive away. Enjoy complimentary keurig coffee and enjoy the street view
As per HOA rule of the building , Guests are not allowed to use the grill and common furniture in the courtyard. Garbage must be placed in the garbage room. Guests are required to be quiet and respectful. Violation fee for first incident is $250 for first incident. $400 for second incident.

It's a 1160 sq ft town house with 2 floors.
1st floor has living room and kitchen with Granite counter tops. TV is in the first floor with TWC cable. Coffee machine is available in the kitchen. Guest can cook if interested in the kitchen and store food in refrigerator. Also have dishwasher.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms , shared bathroom, washer and dryer. Full bedroom has the view of courtyard within the building and queen bedroom has the view of city streets.

Summary: The location of this apartment is perfect - walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Anil is a great host, very quick to communicate and answer questions. Would recommend!!

Summary: The unit was as advertised, clean and well-stocked. The kitchen had most things you might need, including a Keurig with plenty of pods provided. Be aware that this unit is in the middle of the nightlife district and the surrounding streets can be busy and abit noisy on weekends. The unit itself is up a couple of floors and I didnt find it bothersome, but if you go to bed early or are particularly sensitive to noise you might want to use earplugs. On the plus side you're in walking distance to restaurants, bars and the like. The host commumicates clearly and let me know immediately when there was a building-related issue. I will definitely stay here again next time Im in town!

Summary: Great communication with the host. Location was wonderful and within walking distance to the places we were visiting. Restaurants nearby but, area wasn't noisy. Apartment was nicely decorated and well stocked. As an older couple visiting with a preganant daughter the only thing we found uncomfortable were the platform beds. We found it too close to the floors making it difficult for me to get in and out of it. I would definitely recommend this listing.
